By purchasing a MetaTrustDAO NFT, the buyer understands the purchase is not a fiat currency-based security. Web3 assets are not a method of earning passive income nor dividends, nor positioning based on the buyer’s projected future value of web3 assets.

The definition of a security is the relinquishing of currency to a third party with the express purpose of attempting to make money on the investor’s behalf without the investor’s strict attention. The purpose of the Pass NFT within this collection is to gain access to a percentage of staking rewards issued by the protocols / smart contracts for staking as prescribed by developers of our metaverse holdings. As well as DAO based voting among the community / holders to reposition web3 assets that are owned or to be potentially owned by community vote. The Place holder NFT within this collection is to gain access to a percentage of the annual percentage return from Liquidity Pool support. The buyer understands that all native metaverse tokens issued by the protocol are to be used in web3 metaverse gaming. In this instance, the metaverses referenced can be found in our current holding section.

While it is possible to exchange web3 assets for fiat currencies, that is not the primary purpose of this collection. The buyer should conduct their own research prior to the purchase of any web3 asset. MetatTrustDAO is not responsible for any fluctuations in fiat currency-based exchange rates in reference to any NFT purchased, nor tokens issued by any staking protocols.
